All money MUST be collected with orders. Make sure you have double checked your orders with the money collected. Please turn in the COMPLETED order forms including ALL money on your scheduled uniform handout day. Any paperwork should also be done on this day. A parental Consent form, a 2021 Doctors note and a copy of the player's birth certificate is needed to play in the 2021 season. All fittings are done at the football shack, Legion Feild (Regan Rd.)
Make all checks payable to Vernon Youth Football and Cheer. It is important that all orders be turned in on time. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR TOTALS AND PAYMENT AMOUNTS ARE CORRECT!! All orders need to be handed in by July 28th.
